Attorneys Jason Chalik and Debi Chalik have many years of experience helping

Attorney Jason Chalik
Jason Chalik was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Florida in 1977. He
attended American University in Washington, D.C. on a full scholarship. After he
received his degree, he then attended The University of Florida College of Law.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Chalik immediately passed the Florida Bar
Exam and began practicing in the field of personal injury law at The Law offices
of Rosen & Monaldi. During his ten years of practice Jason Chalik went from
being an associate to now being the managing partner of the firm. Jason Chalik
is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Jason is married to Debi
Chalik and they have two children Max and Jonah.
Attorney Debi Chalik
Debi Chalik is the wife and law partner of Jason Chalik. Mrs. Chalik is
originally from Montreal, Canada, and obtained her undergraduate degree from
York University in Toronto, Canada, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She
then moved to South Florida to attend
Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, after being awarded a
fellowship to study at the law school. While attending Nova Law School she
earned several awards; including an editor position on Law Review, a position on
the Moot Court Team, as well as an award for excellency in Trial Advocacy.
After graduating from Nova Law School Cum Laude, Mrs. Chalik began her career as
a personal injury attorney at Rosen & Chalik. She prides herself on helping
injured victims obtain the compensation they deserve from big businesses and
insurance companies. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, Kentucky and
District of Colombia, and is also admitted to practice in Federal Court. Mrs.
Chalik has two sons with her husband Jason Chalik, Max and Jonah.
